I left a similar review on Google for Beaty Hatch PC, but I'll leave it here too. I can't recommend Amanda Hartman enough! I consulted and hired Amanda Hartman from Beaty Hatch PC to prepare a prenuptial agreement for my wife and myself. While our agreement was fairly simple, there were some compl...ex pieces which required a bit of time to negotiate. Even so, my attorney was extremely helpful and persistent at each step of the way. In terms of pricing, we agreed to a flat fee with some exceptions in case of extra revisions. I was very pleased to find that even though we did need a few more revisions than originally allocated, my attorney waived the additional costs and everything stayed within the flat fee portion of the agreement. I believe the price was fair, and I have had no surprise costs pop up during or after the process. Which was one of the main concerns I originally had in seeking legal services. They did a great job of going above and beyond to honor the price we agreed to and I'd be happy to recommend them for that alone! In terms of quality, I think the prenuptial is incredibly solid. Obviously, while I hope that my marriage will stand the test of time and that we never need to execute the separation-related clauses of the prenuptial, I feel very confident that everything was prepared in a way that is both fair and enforceable. My attorney was able to clearly identify and describe the risks associated with the way that things could play out in the case of a separation. They were also able to provide me with multiple options to address each of my concerns and they did a great job helping me understand the pros/cons of each option. We were ultimately able to structure the prenuptial in a way where I feel that both my interests and my wife's interests are well protected from the otherwise costly fallout of a divorce. P.S. I'll be sure to come back and update the review with how things go if my wife and I ever do separate. Hopefully, this review will not need to be amended though *fingers crossed*
