Brought Noach a residential purchase dispute. I brought it to him because the other party had tried an underhanded tactic to try getting out of the contract prior to getting a lawyer and I needed advice on what to do. He managed to turn this very simple case that was initially in my favor into a very... complicated one where I lost everything. In hindsight, all that needed to be done was to stay silent and let the opposing party alone, but instead he insisted that I try to resolve it peacefully directly between me and the other party, since the other party and I had been good friends before. This led to personal anguish as I ended up getting gaslit and fought on my own with the other party for over a month. That gave them all the time and confidence they needed to completely screw me over. During this time Noach was very uncommunicative. I would email and have to beg for a response after 5 days of waiting. Even at the end when opposing counsel gave just 3 days to respond before sending a complaint, he waited until just a few hours before to handle it and speak with me. Between getting riled up, and feeling like I was alone, it shook me so bad that I told him to consider their awful settlement offer. Then during the settlement process he convinced me that there was no hope and I should just give in and walk away empty handed even though I told him I wasn't comfortable with it and it would hurt me. At the end of the ordeal he didn't even close the case properly. He just left the firm without a word to me before the closing paperwork was even signed. I had to hear about him leaving from the head of the firm. I wish I had never hired him.
