About Duane
Biography
I started in the Pierce County Prosecutors Office then moved to the Cowlitz County Prosecutors Office. Upon going into private practice I worked for the ex-Cowlitz County Prosector Wayne Roethler and Don McCulloch who left to become a superior court judge. I became a partner and have been here ever since. I am an ex- president of the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum County Bar Association, a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 1987, a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (now the Washington State Association for Justice) since 1982, a member of the American Association for Justice since 1981, and also a member of the Alaska State Bar. Readers of the Longview Daily News voted me the best lawyer in Cowlitz County 2006, 2007, and 2008.
