Cliff Michael Coulter

Cliff did an excellent job on my Gun Trust. He was very thorough in explaining the intricate parts and how to properly appoint my temporary trustees, if I want my friends to go shooting with me. Definitely would recommend him for any legal matters. Am going to have him write up a lease agreement for ...my rental residence soon too.

He was very meticulous very patient answered all of my questions actually listen to my concerns literally went above and beyond to help ...me through my LLC process. I cannot think I’m enough it was by far one of the best interactions I’ve ever had! Mr. Coulter provided me with a "not-so-ordinary" quit claim deed and supporting documentation. His professional demeanor and full-service office made me feel completely secure and confident in what they provided. His legal expertise and work ethic provided the complete documentation package I neede...d to record the QCD in King County, even though he is located and does business, in a different county. I knew I had made the right choice to go with him, instead of trying to figure it out on my own. He took great care to explain every step and form that he provided. Working with Mr. Coulter and his office was truly a one-stop shop experience and worth the distance I drove to meet with him.

Well i had to go through a eviction.It was awful"i rented a room out and the person tuned out to be a hoarder "i was scared their was going to be a fire"as the lady smoked and their was not to be any smoking"i had no clue this was happening ?i went out of town for 3 days and she started to fill the h...allway up"I waited until morning,i told her we have to get this place cleaned up?and she blow up bad"" i said you have to move.Man i never through this could be this bad?Thank GOD i found Cliff" he helped me with the papers to get them in order.I served the 3 day notice,the she came to me and said she was sorry and decided to pay the 2 months rent.I said take the money to Cliff its out of my hands.She payed and sort of sniped out of it?Any way Cliff got her out in 29 days"i lived out in my camper for 30 days.Cliff told me one price and when i went to settle up with him,he said that's it"i owe him my life.I think i ill make it another 5 years>Thanks Cliff.Thank GOd their's a few straight shooter still around.Willy
