She was enthusiastic at the beginning of my divorce but as time went by, she became somewhat indifferent. By the end, I was fighting with her more than my x. She did not respond to many emails. She would not answer when there were billing issues: when she double charged me. She was not prepared with ...paperwork for our final day in court. Then she did not follow thru with child support services. She called me and made an offer of settlement for my debt to her stating that she was going bankrupt due to insufficient income. I finally understood where her mind had been all year. Certainly not on my case. I could not afford the settlement she offered so I've been paying her monthly. The invoices she sends do not subtract the latest payment. She's simply exasperating to work with.
