Watch out for this guy.
This guy has some serious personal issues. Rude, arrogant, and out of control. He is just a useless loudmouth public defender taking funds from the taxpayers and screwing his assigned clients at the same time. He will actually yell at you on the phone and hang up. I do not recommend Mr. Arcuri to anyone facing criminal charges. He is very rude and doesn't allow you to speak. Alex pled guilty with his new lawyer
Alex, who said David Arcuri was a bad lawyer and the he (alex) didn't do drugs. Well, he got a new attorney and then he pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine with his new lawyer. When he pled guilty, he admitted to the court that he knowingly possessed methamphetamine.
