This attorney was appointed to me by the court in a criminal case. He contacted me initially to tell me "nothing fancy" was occurring with my case, however each and every subsequent attempt to contact him via phone or text message was ignored and I was left with no ability to prepare for my case or r...eceive a proper defense. I am not sure if I can pursue a case for legal malpractice due to the fact that he appointed by the court and his fees were paid by the state, but in my opinion he should not be representing clients who cannot afford to retain personal representation on their behalf. I feel sorry for anyone who he is appointed to represent in court.
