I was in a horrible car accident, one I was lucky enough to limp away from, and when something like that happens and you still have all your limbs you count yourself lucky. And then the calls started. I will not name the other drivers insurance company, but I will say that I've never been treated so ...rudely by another human being in my life, and it didn't stop.
