Gregory Rhodes took on our case for personal injury with his assurances that he would diligently prosecute our complaint. But almost immediately he seemed to become disinterested and didn't take the time to acquaint himself with the facts. Very early on he failed to win in an important hearing, the...reby limiting our ability to prevail, and then insisted we enter mediation, which we didn't want to do. During mediation, he seemed intimidated by the opposition attorney and did nothing for us; he was unresponsive and seemed bored. Then, about to go to trial, he insisted we settle for an amount so small that we would have had a net loss, and tried to withdraw from the case at the last moment; altho he had earlier acknowledged that he was ethically bound to represent us to the end -- thankfully, the presiding judge admonished him and insisted he stay on the case until it was finally resolved. Greg Rhodes seemed disinterested and even bored -- all in all, a very unsatisfactory outcome.
