I have hired Garguile Law many of times for multiple tickets that I’ve had and they have been the best and they always treat me so good and they go above and beyond however, this last ticket I got I had the honor and privilege of having Attorney Zachrey Robbins work my case and I must say he not only... fought hard, but went above and beyond to contact me and tell me every little detail and didn’t rush me, but actually took extra time that he didn’t have to and explained everything and I have to say he treated me like I was family and not just a client and that goes a long ways. He even took the time to call me late in the evening, which cut into his family time and that showed me he really works hard and has passion for his job. I will definitely go to him again and Garguile Law again and highly recommend them and especially Attorney Zachrey Robbins. I recommend them to everybody. They are top-notch facility and a very, very hard-working and outgoing law firm. They take the time to fight hard and find the best outcome.

Based on the recommendations from two co-workers I hired Tony Garguile of Garguile Law to represent me, because I was cited for using my cell phone while driving on 4/7/24. When I clicked the icon to write this review the of the lawyer that comes up is Zachrey Robbins, so I am not exactly sure who I... am writing this review for, but it's either for Tony Garguile or Zachrey Robbins, but you should consider this review to be for Garguile Law Firm. Garguile Law went to court three times on my behalf and then my citation was dismissed. I'm a Dealer Trade driver for a car dealership, so having a clean driving record is vitally important to me. Garguile Law kept me updated as to the status of my court hearings and then notified me that the citation was dismissed. I'm not quite sure how they did it, but I frankly don't care. I am just glad they were able to get my ticket dismissed and I highly recommend them and I will certainly use Garguile Law again should I receive another citation.

I was ticketed for picking up my phone to end a speaker phone call from my dying grandpa but was given an e-dui even though the whole time of me holding the phone was probably 3 seconds. I was blown away the officer said there was a zero tolerance for phones even though i was driving safely and not d...istracted. A family friend recommended i reach out to Garguile Law Firm and after hiring them they kept me updated and informed each step of the way and kept fighting it -today i just got news it was dismissed!
