However, a careful examination of the evidence and reconstruction of the accident scene revealed the actual responsible party was long gone when the trooper pulled over my client. Thorough investigation, analysis and preparation enable me to persuade the court that by comparing the speed of travel & the time the scrap was first reported to 911, my client could not have been the negligent party.
