AVOID! BEWARE!

Stephen betrayed me by giving out confidential information about me and my divorce to the lawyer of my stalker, because they were "good, old friends" My divorce settlement facilitated by him and my custodial arrangements were very harmful to me. He accepted my ex-husband's fictitiously stated 401K fu...nds, more than halving them; I was awarded half of these. My ex-husband's DOCUMENTED 401 k funds were 90,000, not 45,000, as he later claimed, contradicting clear evidence showing otherwise. Stephen knew that my ex-husband was in contempt of court and refused to do anything about it. He refused to represent me in a matter I needed help with, while he was my Attorney on Record, he refused the terms I requested for custodial arrangements, benefiting my ex-husband significantly more than me, harming me, my children, and my ability to sustain a relationship with my children. Once he did a lot of damage and I kept asking him to rectify his apparent and egregious legal malpractice, he filed a motion with the court to Withdraw As My Acting Attorney On Record, knowing that I couldn't afford to hire another attorney to fix his mistakes. He acted as though he were my ex-husband's attorney, definitely not mine. The divorce settlement overwhelmingly benefited my ex-husband. He delayed submitting the requisite court documents to Vanguard for 2-3 months to delay my getting access to these funds- I still don't have them, 8 months later. My ex-husband immediately became in contempt of court for refusing to sell our marital property as decreed by the court, and still is; he's outright refusing to put the house on the market, 8 months later. There was an error in stating that my ex would stop alimony to me 3 months prematurely, even though it had been decreed to last a full year. He perpetuated the defamatory narrative that both my ex and my stalker have been, and continue to be, engaged in. Hire Stephen Foster at your own risk. Beware.
