Biography
My goal is to give you personalized service that will help you reach your goals. I founded Olympia Estate Law & Mediation to focus my time and energy on the work I love doing.
ESTATE PLANNING
I assisted my first client with writing a will, advance directive, and powers of attorney in 2008, when I was volunteering with King County Volunteer Legal Services. After trying a few other career paths in law and starting a family of my own, I finally "hung my shingle" so I could help other moderate income families and individuals preserve wealth, pass on values, and feel confident that their final wishes will be honored.
MEDIATION
I began mediating with the the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) of Thurston County in 2012. Since then, I have mediated dozens of cases and taken a number of advanced mediator trainings. I am skilled at helping parties reach agreements and improve their ability to communicate with one other.
LIFE
I live in Olympia with my husband, daughter, and two cats. In my free moments, I enjoy playing with my daughter, tending to my garden, and daydreaming about going scuba diving again someday.
