Years ago I was in a wreck, where I was NOT in the fault. However, my insurance company wanted to apportion blame to me at 50% and thereby have just cause to raise my rates. It took a while on the ...insurance company's end, but finally they saw reason and my rates did NOT go up. Whew! From there, I decided to use him to draw up a Will for my family. Tom was very thorough, making sure every "i' was dotted and every "t" was crossed, bringing up scenarios and details that I would never think of. We were interested in purchasing a lot that was in a complicated real estate contract - prospective buyer was dragging it on and on.
