Kathryn Potvin has earned our highest recommendation

When my husband was critically injured in a motor vehicle accident and airlifted to trauma center 100 miles away, I had many decisions to make quickly while under tremendous stress. Flight-for-life helicopter trips, neurosurgery intensive care unit with round-the-clock one-on-one nursing care, ortho...pedic surgeons ....I knew the future, whether he lived or not, depended on me making the right decisions, and I knew I needed help. Within 24 hours, Kathryn Potvin was representing my husband and working on his case. From the first time I spoke with her on the phone until the settlement agreement was signed (many months later), Kathryn was always a phone call away and on top of every potential issue. She provided sound advice and guidance through the entire process. The open, available, clear, consistent, reassuring way that Kathryn communicates is also ever present with the entire office staff -- they are stellar! Any question, any concern, any need to vent or rant -- anytime my calls or in-person visits were always welcomed and I got the information I needed. Brilliant, experienced, highly skilled, realistic, kind, compassionate, passionate, personal attention. While no amount of money could ever compensate for the physical and personal injuries suffered or the permanent disabilities that are part of daily life, Kathryn made it possible for us to have a life. We are satisfied with the outcome, and are grateful for the opportunity to have Kathryn and her staff represent us. Absolutely the best choice for a personal injury attorney; Kathryn Potvin has the skills and experience to negotiate with a large global corporation and secure a favorable outcome for her clients.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
