My first piece of advice to anyone looking to hire a personal injury attorney is to interview at least a couple of attorneys (maybe 2 or 3) to see who is the best fit for you and your case. Years ago, I hired Jongwon Yi for a personal injury case. Mr. Yi did a poor job overall. Some of the reasons be...ing: rude and impersonal when it came to answering questions, no thorough follow-up, also I felt that his office was not being 100% clear when it came to the amount of the settlement. The most important reason however has to be that he and his office promised the moon when it came to the settlement but in the end the offer that he was able to get was underwhelming to say the least. So again, make sure that whoever you hire, that you are 100% confident in their abilities. Hire someone who is a straight shooter and honest with you from the beginning. If not, you might end up with a negative experience.
