Thomas F Feller

Mr. Feller completed law school and obtained his license to practice law in Washington State in 2002, and he eventually went to work for the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries before entering private practice to represent injured workers.  Mr. Feller focuses on Washington State workers' compensation claims (industrial insurance) cases; both state fund and self-insured claims, and he has represented injured workers before the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, and in Washington State Superior Courts and beyond. Mr. Feller's work experience, both at the Department and in private practice, gives him unique and valuable knowledge and insight into the workers' compensation system in Washington State. Mr. Feller is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group and he is also an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.  Mr. Feller opened his own law firm years ago because of his passion for helping injured workers in Washington.
