As a licensed attorney with the State of Washington, I offer a full range of legal services for property owners, tenants, and real estate investors, including landlord/tenant disputes, contract law, and judicial foreclosures and redemptions. I pride myself on having legal knowledge and experience that matches the more expensive Seattle-based and national competitors. Unlike those larger firms, I also believe in treating clients, who are looking for an experienced real estate lawyer, with respect and empathy. Not only that, but I strongly believe that everyone deserves strong legal representation at a fair price. That’s why I’ve made it a point to offer legal services for property law at an affordable rate.

I know that one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why I’m committed to offering real estate law advice and representation tailored towards the legal needs and goals of each of our clients. I place a premium on building long-standing relationships, and on achieving the goals of our clients in a reasonable and timely manner.

In my past, I have provided community education at Green Hill School and the Seattle juvenile detention center through The Tools for Social Change: Race & Justice Center Clinic as well as conducted legal research, drafted motions, interviewed clients, and represented clients during first appearance hearings as a Public Defense Extern at the Tribal Court Public Defense Clinic.

Plus, as a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and Seattle University, my long-time roots in the region make me familiar with the variety of people and property around Seattle. My passion for fervently advocating for my clients, gives me the means to solve even the most complex property and real estate law problems, including your case.
