Bob handled my purchase of an 80 year old family held company that had been in the family for 60 years. It was a very complicated transaction and took an extreme amount of patience and expertise in order to successfully navigate through all of the family issues and a minority stockholder issue. It ...was an 18 month transaction. Bob was outstanding at guiding me and yet clearly understanding my mind in the purchase process. Bob was brilliant in the transaction and was patient in moving around the difficult obstacles that were inherent in this transaction. Some of the obstacles were human emotional and family issues that Bob was outstanding at incorporating this element into his transactional guidance. It has been 4 years since we concluded the purchase and what Bob did was set the purchase transaction up so there has not been one hint of any hiccup or challenge in thee last 4 years. He did it right the first time which eliminated any challenges after we took ownership. Bob listened extremely well and designed the transaction to deal with all of those needs.
