Workmen's Compensation Disability / OPM Retirement / Social Security Disability

Mr. Graham is a consummate professional. He is always looking out to do what is right and protect a federal employee who contacts him because they were injured or became ill while federally employed. He is there to support and defend the federal employee who is often misinformed and ill-advised by t...heir federal human resources officers. Trust him, he is honest and will not betray you. You must be forthright, honest and patient. He bills only according to the work completed and will not jab your eyes out. He helped me to obtain OWCP benefits, approved OPM retirement and on the third appeal, won my case for Social Security benefits in Tacoma, WA when facing the Administrative Law judge adjudicating the case. He references the Code of Federal Regulations and knows exactly what he is doing. Be Patient. Be confident that if you are being done wrong by your federal agency that putting your case in his hands because of injury or illness will ensure protection and benefits you have worked hard to earn and should keep. Further, if you have been fired from your federal job and it is less than a year, he will assess and work hard to get your pay and benefits back.

"Howard is modest, brilliant, hard-wrking and dedicated to the idea of creating justice for his clients. He has a long history of working in legal services for the poor, disabled, disenfranchised and those who otherwise would have no justice. he wrote the book on social security disability administrative appeals work. As a lawyer, I am deeply greatful that I can ask his opinion and know I'll get a thoughtful and reasoned comment, and I would wholeheartedly recommend that if your issue concerns social security law, just call him. He's old-school, and I mean that as the highest possible compliment. Elizabeth Powell"
