I made an appointment to meet Mr. Gray to go over the paperwork/contract for my fathers nursing home for 11am the following day. I received a call back the same day and was told he had an emergency and if I could reschedule. I explained to them that I couldn't because I had to meet the nursing home s...taff at 1pm. They suggested that I try and reschedule the appointment with the nursing home. I did it and all was set to meet. The day of the appointment I drove 30 minutes to keep my 1pm appointment. When I arrived I was told he was not there and would be there in 40 minutes and that I could wait. I told them them they should have informed me and I left. I rescheduled the nursing home again because our appointment was for 3pm. I left to go down the street to get lunch and called them back within 5 minutes to let them know I was coming back at 1:40 like they suggested. I was then informed that they had a 2pm appointment and that they couldn't see me. WHAT!?! My response was that they should call the 2pm appointment and tell them to come later since I was already there. Which they would not do. I rearranged my schedule for them twice and they disregarded my time as if I wasn't as important as the next appointment. I've never seen such a mickey mouse operation. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!
