Jennifer Ann Wing

Jennifer Represented me in my Divorce, In my Opinion she has integrity and honor. She knows how the Divorce process works. She is a no nonsense Attorney that gets the job done. She is Highly respected in this Field by the Judge's and Mediator's. She is highly intelligent and remembers your case to de...fend or support you. I was referred to her By Puyallup's top Attorney as They couldn't Take me as it was a conflict of Interest. My ex later used this office ,I had to sign papers agreeing to it. But Jennifer talked me into letting him use him. She has a good working relationship with that Attorney and promised me it would be better for me to allow it as That Attorney is a No nonsense attorney also and said they would work together well and not run me and my ex another huge Legal bill, as his previous Attorney did. She was correct. We settled in Mediation and I got everything I asked for. She was great, she never let the other Attorney or Mediator get anything past her. She really had my back. I walked out of that office with a big smile on my face. The ex walked out looking so red faced defeated. She is the best.

Meet Jennifer the day I hired her and never Sean or talked to her till court date and even then she only spent 5 min with me before court. I would have been better served if her paralegal presented my case as she and I had many conversations and had a game plan. Pretty sure Jennifer didn't talk to h...er paralegal, as I felt Jennifer was not prepared and stumble through her speech and at times talked about stuff that had no bearing on my case. The biggest mistake Jennifer made on my case was determining what my child support should be and she had all my tax returns and Jennifer misread them and then sent them to the other attourney .By the time I figure it out they used that number to calculate my payments. While in court she tried to explain her mistake but the judge said that this is what you submitted and this is what we will use. That cost me an additional $300 a month. The other mistake was when I dropped off a check to the receptionist and she gave it to Jennifer wing . A few days latter the office called and said they had lost my check and needed me to drop off another one. Called the receptionist and she told me she gave it to Jennifer. That should had been a sign to seek another attourney which after the court date I did.I would not use Jennifer wing especially if your a man. You would think Jennifer would have apologize for her mishandling of my case and costing me more money in child support but that's not her style.

I have been working with Ms. Wing for 2.5 years on a variety of parenting plan issues. She is very knowledgeable about the law, and as a result, gives very sound, logical and grounded legal advice. She is very conscientious of the "urgency" of many of these matters, whether perceived on my part or re...al in terms of deadlines, and answers emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. In fact, sometimes in an above and beyond manner. She understands how psychologically difficult these cases can be, and proceeds with empathy towards finding a resolution in a system that an often be frustrating and difficult to navigate. She does not engage in toxic exchanges with the opposing side, preferring to stick to the facts and remain on the high road. This approach has been incredibly beneficial to my viewpoint on all of this; staying out of the ugliness that comes with mud slinging for no true value has been nothing but helpful to staying focused on the things that truly matter.   She also has an empathic, and honestly real, understanding of how expensive parenting plan issues can be. She sagely advises when to pick battles, and when not to and will not pursue legal actions or other items with the pure agenda of raising her billable hours. I have told many people that she is one of the most honest, conscientious, and ethical lawyers, and in fact people, I have ever met.  I wouldn't wish this type of litigation on my worst enemy, but I'm glad I have an incredibly lawyer to navigate me through it all.
