The law in WA requires you to register indefinitely for an out of state sex offense. A new offense or court order is not necessary. The law applies...

You are misreading, the NHA does not provide you relief. You must still wait five years after paying your LFOs. The House Bill Analysis is incorrect.

The judge can't bend the rules for you, it is not allowed. You're not eligible and will not be for another three years. There is no way around it....
