I received an HOV violation ticket and the officer wrote the wrong city on the ticket. Is this enough to fight the ticket?

As Mr. Lawrence said, the only way this would be grounds for dismissal is if the ticket was filed in either Kirkland Municipal Court or Bellevue...

The prosecutor is not allowed to communicate with you in any way while you're represetned by counsel.
