When should an attorney present his client with discovery in his criminal case? How does he go about receiving these documents?

A defendant cannot be given a copy of discovery, but may be allowed to look at it.

Yes, the bail jumping charges are for not coming to court and have nothing to do with the underlying charge.

As the other attorney said, the age of consent is 16 with a lot of exceptions that aren't worth the risk.
