I am native Washingtonian, who grew up in Seattle. In 1994 I earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Washington, one in Political Science and the other in Speech Communication. After a brief stint in California where I began Law School at Whittier Law School I returned to Seattle University School of Law and graduated cum laude with my Juris Doctorate in 1998. I was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in October of 1998 and was admitted for practice into Federal Court for the Western District in 2002.
I began working with David Vail & Associates in 1997 as an intern and was hired on as an associate attorney in 1998. In 2005 I made partner and have remained determined to perpetuate the work begun by David, represeting injured Washingtonian's and ensuring they recieve the benefits they are entitled to under the law. I specialize in L&I (Workers Compensation) cases as well as personal injury cases. I spend most of my time at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals litigating complex pension cases and from time to time I get involved in questioning the law set forth in Title 51.

"I happily endorse Jennifer. She is an extremely hard-working attorney who has creatively taken on very difficult and challenging cases. Her appellate court record is excellent."
