Katherine Anne Bozzo

Katherine (“Katy”) Bozzo is a civil litigation attorney with Johnson Graffe Keay Moniz & Wick, LLP. She specializes in defending medical and dental malpractice actions, professional licensing actions, and general personal injury claims involving complex medical issues. She also advises physicians, practices, hospitals, extended care facilities and corporations on healthcare risk management and a variety of corporate issues including employment law, premises liability, professional liability, employee contracts, and healthcare regulatory and compliance issues. Ms. Bozzo is a member of several organizations including the Washington State and Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Associations, Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Primerus, and American Society for Healthcare Risk Management. She is a Board Member and past-president of the Washington Health Care Risk Management Society. She received her B.A. degree from Seattle University and earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.
