I used Tim Gosselin on an insurance matter where the company violated the law but wouldn't pay. The insurance commissioner's office gave me the usual "we can't do anything and you have to see an attorney" garbage. I went to his office at 4:00 on a Friday and found him to be very laid back. He looked ...at all my paperwork and recommended a letter. By Saturday I had a copy of the letter in the mail. It was very good--forceful but not threatening. By the next Friday the insurance company paid the claim in full! Tim only charged about $200 for everything--other attorneys wanted that just to talk to me. Call the other insurance attorneys in the phonebook, and Tim is the cheapest. And from my experience, the best.
