I retained RJ through Big Horse and Associates in or around March of 2020. He told me my divorce case was straight forward and I shouldn't be concerned. My ex wife and I have kids together and I was not aware how important it was to file emergency temporary orders before she did. After talking with well recommended family law attorneys in my area I found that RJ's decisions in my case were the direct reason why I lost so much time with my children. My new attorney spent months trying to undo the damage that RJ did to my relationship between my kids and I through his inaction and lack of understanding of the washington family court systems biased toward mothers. Thanks to my new attorney I can see my kids three weekends a month, though we were unable to get my kids back into the state because of my toxic ex wife who wants the kids to herself. Please do your research when searching for attorneys. If you have kids in your divorce STAY AWAY from Rodrick Morgan and Big Horse Associates. I gave them more than ten thousand dollars just to watch them loose my case.
