My husband and I contacted McKinley Irvin about two years ago with questions regarding custody of our grandson. We spoke to Rainer Frank one of the senior attorneys. Knowing what we were up against, Rainer drafted the best Divorce decree, with a Deed of Trust attached to it along with a Promissory note.
