Jesse Williams

Jesse Williams brings more than 20 years of courtroom experience to his work as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney. A former career prosecutor, Jesse built his reputation through meticulous preparation, unshakable integrity, and an unwavering commitment to justice.

For over a decade, Jesse specialized in homicide and gang prosecutions, later serving as a federal prosecutor where he partnered with the ATF and FBI to target firearm offenses and reduce violent crime throughout the region. Over the course of more than 100 trials—including 18 murder prosecutions—he earned a record of success few can match: he never lost a murder case.

Jesse’s work has always gone beyond the courtroom. He has trained detectives and police officers at homicide conferences, taught firearm laws to incarcerated individuals in Washington’s prisons, and co-led investigations into law enforcement uses of deadly force. In that role, he focused on transparency, accountability, and building public trust—values that continue to guide his practice today. As a senior leader within the prosecutors’ union, Jesse also represented deputy prosecutors in disciplinary and misconduct matters, ensuring fairness and due process for his colleagues.

After years of seeing the justice system from the inside, Jesse understands both its power and its failings. He witnessed lives defined by a single mistake, and too often, a system that prioritized conviction over fairness. Those experiences shaped his belief that every person deserves an advocate who will fight tirelessly for their rights, their dignity, and their future.

Today, Jesse channels that same drive and courtroom experience into defending the accused and representing injury victims—standing up for individuals when the stakes are at their highest. He also serves as a pro tem judge, teaches a law course at a Tacoma high school, and contributes to the state bar association’s judicial ratings committee.
