Jeff focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and post-death trust administration, elder law, guardianships, and court-supervised special needs trusts. He is known for his practical, compassionate approach to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most significant transitions.
After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, Jeff began his legal education in Boston, Massachusetts, where he served as Vice President of the New England Chapter of the American Constitution Society. He later returned home to complete his law degree at Seattle University School of Law.
In addition to his client work, Jeff is frequently appointed by courts across the South Puget Sound to serve as a Court Visitor and Guardian ad Litem in guardianship and probate matters. He has been appointed in Kitsap, King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties. This multi-jurisdictional experience gives him unique insight into the complexities of elder law and protective proceedings. Jeff also presents on guardianship and probate topics to local and statewide bar associations. Jeff has also earned selection to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, reflecting his professional achievement and peer recognition.
Jeff takes pride in bringing positivity, clarity, and practical problem-solving to the practice of law. His focus is on minimizing conflict, preserving family assets, and helping clients achieve their goals with confidence and peace of mind.

Title change
