Yes. Now it sounds like you need to hire the lawyer to actually file the replevin.

If there is an order against you you may not contact her. Also, since you cannot serve her you might as well get a process server to figure this...

Deferments are only available on tickets. DUI is a criminal charge and not a ticket. You need a good lawyer quick.
How long can the state wait to charge a person with a dui? Its been months since the accident and we have had no info.
