Cindy discovered her interest in assisting families while working for City of Federal Way's Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Division where she was able to immerse herself in the community. This passion carried her through law school, where she gained invaluable experience as a summer associate in criminal investigations, solidifying her belief that law is about helping others. She also had the privilege as an honors student to clerk for a superior court judge, where she actively participated in case interpretation in the judge's chambers and learned the inner workings of a court system.

As a first-generation college and doctoral graduate, Cindy takes immense pride in her academic achievements. She understands firsthand the dedication and perseverance required to overcome obstacles and achieve one's goals.
