Ms Pierce is a highly skilled lawyer in her area of expertise, but add in her ease of communication and this is what made her the perfect fit for my needs. She was easy to speak to, knows the law, and took care to inform me how I could keep my costs down while still accomplishing the job well done. ...She has a calm, graceful yet professional way of speaking and had no trouble de-escalating a situation in the quickest possible (and complete) way. I feel no need was left unaddressed, and I couldn't be happier with her representation. If you are seeking a business attorney-- anything to do with employment law or any other area she covers, this is the attorney to see first!

Everything you'd ever want in an attorney and more

I really hope I'm not over-hyping her, but this is honestly how I feel. Kathleen is extremely intelligent, detail-oriented, honest, kept us updated regularly, respectful, timely, empathetic, and her arguing skills are insane. She took the time to really understand our case and its nuances. Moreo...ver, just to emphasize how intelligent she is - I have a rare, complicated disability that parents, teachers, and even doctors have to study (AND be around it) for years to be able to understand it. Kathleen was able to understand it within a week (possibly less - I didn't time her), even though I was her FIRST client with this particular disability! She won our case, but even if she hadn't my review would be the same because of how thorough she is. We would have walked away satisfied that she looked at every possible angle.

Outstanding Lawyer who gets results

Kathleen recently represented my family with a title problem--a 1967 loan that had not been cleared when paid off in 1985. The lender subsequently was absorbed in the S&L meltdown by other banks. We had a pending sale stopped by this oversight by a former spouse. One attorney quoted $5,000 to clea...r title. Kathleen charged a fraction of that, found the correct present day successor in interest to the lender, filed a quiet title action, and persuaded the present day bank to sign off to clear title--all done is less than a month! Title was cleared and the sale closed. It was miraculous!!
