Austin Keith Phelps

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, playing ice hockey for twelve years and becoming involved in various other sports when I was not on the ice.  After graduating from the University of Washington, I turned my sights towards law school, attending Gonzaga University School of Law.  Throughout law school, I had the opportunity to work with a local non-profit, providing free legal services to indigent members of the community.  Over two years, I represented numerous clients in criminal defense cases (with a perfect record to date), family law matters, and medical malpractice.  After entering private practice, it quickly became apparent that my vision for law was a stark contrast to the status quo.  This led to me opening Ascend Law, where I can bring my high standards of work-product and customer service to every client.  When I'm not at work, I'm either skiing, taking my five year old Shiba Inu to new parks, trails, and beaches, or finding new places to eat with my significant other.
