Drew is the founder and managing member of Stokesbary PLLC, a boutique law firm representing startups and small businesses in the Seattle area. The firm counsels clients across a range of industries, including IT, retail, finance, construction, and real estate.
Much of Drew's work involves the "milestone" transactions in a company's lifetime like entity formation, corporate finance and securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Drew also handles a variety of ongoing business law matters for clients, such as corporate governance, employment, tax, and commercial contract issues.
Drew earned a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and graduated cum laude from University of Notre Dame Law School. In addition to his work as an attorney, Drew represents Washington’s 31st Legislative District in the State House of Representatives.
