Discontinued services
I was told to find a new lawyer after asking about a typo on a lawsuit he sent to a tenant. His assistant wrote over a date with a pen instead of correcting the original before the lawsuit was served. Fred told me he didn’t want to disappoint again and discontinued his services.

Bad advice
I hired Mr Hetter earlier this year. Initially he was on the ball, however, over the course of the case his advice became an issue. I felt he steered off course and that, ultimately, the cost of litigation increased. I would strongly urge anyone needing a strong presence in court to not hire Mr Hette...

Replied last March 23, 2018I attempted to determine who this client might have been and investigated all client files at that time. There was no one that fit this criteria. I would need to know what type of case and the name of the client. There was never a complaint or concern in any phone log or case file indicating any such concern. I immediately address issues because client satisfaction is paramount to this office.
