She wrote up a 13-page Contract for us between Leaser and Leasee. Before our clients and we signed it..., Jessica read over, discussed each unit and item to make sure we understood and agreed to all. After this primary document was complete and signed - and it took some time to review, re-review, ask questions, edit parts, etc., then she offered to help us beyond that for a bit to make sure we stayed on track in our new contract and lease ... After completing our agreement, she has offered to be available for other legal help and work as needed ... CORRECTING the INCORRECT STAR RATING from my first Review (an hour or so ago) from a 3 Star to a 5 Star Rating ... !!! Not sure what happened there ...

We asked for liability waivers and property lease contracts for our non profit horse business. I had no idea all that was covered and needed. Much more thorough and comprehensive than our waiver we had before we transitioned into a non profit. And our old waiver was pretty good, this new one is so mu...ch more. Jessica knew everything that needed to be covered, and she went above and beyond finding a way to make it work digitally on my website. She also was available to answer many questions from my volunteers (also signing the new waivers) and how it effected them. I am so happy we found Jessica Johnson and will use her services in the future as needed.
