I am a singel mother and I was appointed this lawyer.atty Salazae wouldn,t interveiw any wittness,s and refused to do a home study or come see my baby boy at a viset My son was taken from me at birth, There is a very low burden of proof required to actually take a child I have a 4 year old that was t...aken over a false acqusation, and it wasn,t even a harm acusation this non credibel wittness barly knew me,and had lost cusdody of all her 4 children all born crack addicted. I have no drug history or crimnal history this wittness did ,and has od ed sience then. The hole case all revolved around these false acusation and iminant danger all based on a 2 hour hold in which I was released as no wittness,s appeared. The drpt cps should of returned my daughter my daughter was molested by her 2nd foster family she was taken to a routin exsamination it was found that her hyman was compermised,She wasn,t even two in a half,and this continued as the dept covered this up and waited 2 months to get a second opioion that was inconclusive my daughter still will not allow to get out of this home until she was 1 month and a week from her 3rd birthday the abuse continued and was apparnt by the bruises and she told me she was taken in the bathroom and the foster father called himself frosty the snowman she crys when she sees a snowman to this day. My lawyer agreed she was molested and did noyhing about this my son has sezuires and it took 30 minnetts before they called the aid car, If my son is not rewturned home he is in danger as the 61 year old foster mom who just had surgery id in denial as speicel needs kids are harder to adopt. Thios lawyer is terrbel if you have any problems report it ti the bar. He refuses to allow me to fire him I fired him the night before trial His phone is blocked and he has never answerd his telephone from mid june till late july he is a appeall attornty in LA CA he has been rthe worse attornydont hire him or fire him He cares nothing for his cliants like the rating syten sayes his atty cliant ethics are very very very questionable, He is one to save money for the state by having no wittness,s -anonomyouse
