I am a retired Navy judge advocate and have been in private practice in Kitsap County since 1991. I concentrate my areas of practice to domestic relations, employment law, personal injury, and governmental administrative law - county, state and federal. I have been licensed to practice law for over 32 years. I am the former chair of the Washington State Bar Association Section on Legal Assistance to Military Personnel and former president of the Kitsap County Bar Association.

Mr. Morgan totally botched my case. My ex-wife was withholding my daughter from me and I employed Mr. Morgan. We filed an order of contempt against her, and she responded. He did nothing. We went into court with nothing more than our original complaint, and no counter argument. I basically spent...
