Would NOT recommend as she never even mentioned the main reason I had for my counter lawsuit

I went to meet with Allysa with my husband about my counter lawsuit against a contractor who brought a forged contract for collection only after finding out that he left wet insulation and un repaired and disconnected ductwork underneath my dad’s home. From a flood damage repair. I started a counte...r lawsuit. These were the main reasons I was filing my counter lawsuit and in our follow up conversation she only brought up the trip hazard left from my 2019 meeting during the still on going work I had with the contractor. Never even mentioning my main concern and reason of the counter lawsuit with the wet insulation and disconnected ductwork. She said it was on me that I didn’t bring suit even though the job was not officially abandoned until 2020 with covid19 shutdown. I had no idea that he had no heat and wet insulation under his home until after he had passed away 3 years later. My dad passed away from kidney failure that’s scientifically linked to wet insulation and the off gassing it produces which was left behind along with no heat because it was also unconnected and that was also only discovered after my dad’s passing which was in 2023 and the selling of his home due to probate in 2024. She said that tho handwriting expert report said my dad’s signature was a forgery on their submitted claim against the estate it didn’t matter for the court. That it was not a civil matter even tho it cost my dads estate so far over 10,000$ in fees to fight obvious fraudulent charges in the claim. The main reason for my counter lawsuit was not even mentioned in our conversation after she went thru all the paperwork and pictures I left with her that clearly also showed the wet insulation and disconnected ductwork. The main reason I was pursuing a counter lawsuit in the first place. Considering my main reason was never even mentioned I don’t feel she actually fully looked thru everything I left her.
