Atty Charles Wade Peach is an excellent Lawyer. I had him as my Divorce Lawyer in 2012. He listened to me and understand my situation. He was all supportive and very intelligent about my case. Hired him for bankruptcy and child support case. After he wanted me to blatantly lie on bankruptcy case documents I decided to use him just for the child support case. Even then he never did anything and 5 years on I've still never received a penny in child support. I reported him to the bar for... the bankruptcy ethics violation, but they refused to do anything, I think as he chairs layer groups. So all in all I wanted a whole lot of time and money for nothing. In my opinion he should be in jail.
