NOURA YUNKER AVVO REVIEW. I strongly do NOT recommend you hire Noura Yunker A. Ms. Yunker hid from us the fact she had told clients that she suffers from sever different mental problems that stops her from performing her legal services. Her mental problems are revealed in her WA State ...Discipline Stipulation which she also hid from us. (She was suspended from practicing law by WA Supreme Court). B. Ms. Yunker’s actions were bizarre and erratic at best in regards to our personal injury case: (1). Ms. Yunker refused to file motions that she herself recommended, (2) Ms. Yunker regularly violated our fee agreement and threatened to abandon our case if we insisted she comply. (3) Ms. Yunker told us because a shooting occurred at her house she had to abandon our case. (4) Ms. Yunker wanted to rent one of our bedrooms as a law office and threatened to abandon our case if we did not provide it. (5) Ms. Yunker demanded we FedX documents to her, then she would forget that she received them. (6) Ms. Yunker told us she had to abandon our case because her Father was Ill and she had to move back to Seattle. (7). Ms. Yunker told us she had too many cases and had to get rid of them all so she could work for her Husband. (8). Ms. Yunker refused to give us monthly statements, case outlines or time lines like she promised (9) In open court when the Judge limited her argument time like he did everyone else she threw up her hands and howled “I cannot continue!” Before you even think about hiring Ms. Yunker I strongly suggest you read her WA Supreme Court Discipline Stipulation - as what is in there is precisely what YOU are going to get if you hire her.
