also known as Noura S. Yunker PLLC
I practice small business advice and counseling, and handle contract and other disputes for small businesses and individuals. On one hand I help business owners identify and manage their legal risks so they can be more confident, have more fun and make more money doing what they love to do. On the other hand, I work with individuals who find themselves caught up in contract or other disputes they cannot resolve without the help of a legal professional.
In addition to business and contract issues, I help people resolve personal injury claims. I take these cases on a select basis, for significant injuries only. They are handled on a contingency basis.
When I'm not practicing law I enjoy jogging, cycling and down-time with my husband, three kids and Siamese cat.
I work hard to get my clients the results they want. Give me a call today and find out how I can help you, too.

Noura Yunker Bad Lawyer
NOURA YUNKER AVVO REVIEW. I strongly do NOT recommend you hire Noura Yunker A. Ms. Yunker hid from us the fact she had told clients that she suffers from sever different mental problems that stops her from performing her legal services. Her mental problems are revealed in her WA State ...
Diana, I understand the anger and frustration that you and Douglas, who reviewed me below, are experiencing after having made the decisions you made. However, you attribute words and motives to me that I never said or had. First, please remember that you, your husband Douglas, and I discussed my disciplinary history in detail before you hired me the first time, in 2015. It is a matter of public record, and the two of you did your homework and found it online before we met. It cannot be hidden. I have never tried to hide it. As to the rest of your review, most of my interactions were with your husband, Douglas, and you were not on the phone or on speakerphone during those conversations, so I know you received some information second-hand. As you no doubt are aware, Douglas has misunderstood my instructions and advice on many, many occasions, which is one of the reasons we ultimately could not agree on how to manage your case. I could expect a wide difference in opinion between Douglas and me on what transpired, but I am surprised at you. Each of the 9 points you list above are false for varying reasons; some are inaccurate and some are made of whole cloth. You were not present in court on the day you reference in point 9, and you have no knowledge of what went on during that hearing. I understand Douglas has filed a grievance against me, and I expect to establish the true facts with the many email communications that he and I will both provide. I wish you both well. -Noura

Noura was very helpful over the phone. I will be hiring her to handle my case. I can't wait to start the process. I meet with her in a few days. Looking forward to it.

“2010 case; 2013 discipline. My client did not appear for trial. Fortunately, the claims against him were dismissed. Unfortunately, so were his counterclaims. Surviving the disciplinary process made me a wiser and better lawyer.”
