I filed a lawsuit against the city and my neighbor’s insurance company for a landslide of my property occurred in 2008. I didn’t do very much research for hiring a lawyer. ( I still don’t know how) I hired Mr. Snell by a big mistake because 1) He is not sharp enough to be a good lawyer; 2) He didn’t ...do enough research job when he process the case; 3) He didn’t have enough energy (or effort) to do this case; 4) He doesn’t have enough knowledge and capability to do a case if he had a stronger rival lawyer. 5) Very low oral expressive capability; 6) The bill wasn’t break down, so that the cost was way higher than what he told me in the beginning.
