I assist families with planning for the possibility of needing long term care (such as nursing home care or assisted living). My strategies are designed to give them peace of mind, knowing that they will be able to afford such care if it becomes necessary. I also represent seniors and their families in guardianship and adult protection matters. I am an active member of both ElderCounsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc.

My estate planning practice ranges from basic estate plans, which consist of wills, powers of attorney, and other ancillary documents, to more complex plans that incorporate revocable and irrevocable trusts.

I have experience in drafting both revocable and irrevocable living and testamentary trusts for people who wish to incorporate them into their estate plans. I am an active member of WealthCounsel.
