I asked Ms. Koler to write a simple environmental covenant for me in August 2008. She never initiated contact with me nor replied to e-mails requesting updates on my project. It took six months of constant calling to get the first draft of the covenant out of her. But she used the wrong boilerplate f...orm (readily available from Ecology), and sent the draft to the wrong office although I had provided her with the correct contact name, e-mail, phone, and address. After all that she charged me more than double her original estimate. I had to redo the entire covenant myself. I would advise anyone looking for an environmental lawyer NOT to use Jane Koler!
