We hired Jake to represent us on a boundary line dispute with our neighbors in Gig Harbor. After several months of delay and multiple attorney bills, Jake sided with the opposing attorney and asked us to give the neighbors an easement for their stairs and patio, which are on our property. The opposin...g attorney told Jake that the stairs and patio were built for our neighbors’ house, not for our lot, and stated he learned this from the real estate agent who sold us the property and the woman who sold us the property. Unhappy with that response, my wife did research and found the two women stated the exact opposite. Jake was not ambitious enough to have reached out to the women and learned the truth. He seems to have very little energy for what he is doing and should probably retire. In my 62 years, dealing with attorneys on a frequent basis I must say he is the worst I have ever come across. He is unscrupulous.
