Felicia Anne Malsby

Felicia was collaborative to the point of acquiescense. I felt like my wife had two lawyers - hers and mine. Felicia didn't challenge anything presented by my wife and her lawyer. Her representation didn't approach the "assertive representation" described on her web site.

"I had the pleasure of getting to know Felicia over the course of 5 years as we both were on the steeering committee that created the foundational building blocks for Collaborative Professional of Washington, a statewide nonprofit association that focuses on educating professionals and the general public on the many advantages of collaborative law over traditional litigation. She and I also served together as founding officers and directors of the CPW. I know that she a person of high integrety, and is dedicated to bringing collaborative practice to the mainstream of family law in the Gig Harbor area."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
