My first choice for any/all Legal issues!!!

I first hired Carl Colbert for a speeding ticket years ago. He found 9 separate problems with the ticket that could be used to have it dismissed, and after the 1st problem was addressed it was immediately thrown out. Since then, my family has also hired him for all our traffic tickets. My family als...o recently hired him to help get resolution from a collection agency, which was known to withhold information from the DMV, restricting the ability to renew a drivers license. Carl Colbert has gotten positive results every time, which is why if I ever need legal help Carl is the first person I go to.

After a jury trial on some of the charges, I negotiated an omnibus settlement with prosecutors from both jurisdictions whereby client served no jail time and had his DUI charges dismissed.

Weller v. Ohana Trust

Summary judgment GRANTED in favor of my client.

Frazier v. Access Mortgage Co., Inc.

Defense Verdict after week long trial.

State v. Farr

DUI charges Dismissed, case resolved with Mr. Farr agreeing to pay a fine for a traffic ticket.
